Blue Sheen makes reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each item accurately, including materials, sizing, color, fit, care, and processing time. Because Blue Sheen pieces are handmade and photographed under specific lighting, slight variation may occur. Color, measurements, yarn tension, texture, drape, and finishing may vary from piece to piece. These handmade variations are not defects.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you reviewed the full listing, sizing, materials, care instructions, price, processing time, shipping details, and policies before checkout. Completed checkout creates a binding purchase agreement. You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Blue Sheen may refuse, cancel, limit, or modify an order for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inaccurate product information, inventory issues, customer abuse, or operational concerns. If a paid order is canceled, the refund will be issued to the original payment method unless the payment processor requires otherwise.

Pricing, Availability, and Production

Prices, availability, descriptions, measurements, and timelines may change at any time. Blue Sheen may correct errors or omissions, including pricing or availability errors, even after an order is submitted. Unless the listing says otherwise, handmade and made-to-order pieces are produced after purchase. Production timelines are estimates and may vary by order volume, material availability, and complexity. If a material becomes unavailable, Blue Sheen may ask you to approve a substitute, adjust the order, or cancel and refund the order.

Shipping and Delivery

Ready-to-ship orders usually ship within 3-5 business days after purchase confirmation. Made-to-order and custom pieces ship after production is complete. Tracking will be provided when available. Blue Sheen is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or delivery issues outside its control. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, refusal, or unpaid customs or import charges, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping before reshipment.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and other charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated at checkout. Blue Sheen is not responsible for customs or local postal delays.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Custom, made-to-order, altered, discounted, sale, and final-sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect because of Blue Sheen's error. Ready-to-ship, full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if approved in advance. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of fragrance, smoke, makeup, stains, deodorant, and pet hair, and returned with original packaging or tags when applicable. To request a return, email door@bluesheen.house with your order number and reason. Customers pay return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are not offered unless approved in writing. Approved returns are inspected before refund. If accepted, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection, though banks and payment providers may take longer. Blue Sheen may refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Each order is inspected before shipping. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email door@bluesheen.house within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. If approved, Blue Sheen may offer repair, replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution.

Knitwear Care and Repairs

Follow the care instructions in the listing or included with the garment. Blue Sheen is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, storage, wear, alteration, misuse, or handling after delivery. Repairs may be available for select pieces, but they are not guaranteed and may involve charges, shipping costs, and production timelines. Intellectual Property

All Blue Sheen designs, images, product names, text, graphics, logos, styling, photography, patterns, garment concepts, and other creative materials are owned by Blue Sheen or used with permission unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Blue Sheen materials without prior written permission. Purchasing a piece does not grant rights to reproduce, copy, commercially use, or resell the design, pattern, image, or branding as your own.

Site Use and Third-Party Services

You agree not to misuse the site or services. Prohibited activity includes interfering with site security, scraping content, using the site unlawfully, submitting false information, impersonating others, uploading harmful code, harassing or threatening others, or using Blue Sheen content to compete with, copy, or misrepresent the brand. The site may link to or use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics tools, email platforms, social media platforms, and embedded content. Blue Sheen is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, policies, delays, errors, or practices.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Sheen disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Sheen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from site use, purchases, carrier delays, loss of use, loss of data, or third-party services. Blue Sheen's total liability for an order-related claim will not exceed the amount paid for that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rhode Island, USA, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
